Brief.
To create a new concept for a magazine.

Concept.
INSTANCE MAGAZINE is an bi-annual publication, which intends to blur the boundaries between publications and exhibitions. An exhibition touring Europes leading culture cities will run along side the current issue, showcasing the work featured in the magazine. The magazine is printed in black and white with the aim of tempting the viewer to attend the exhibition and see the work in its true form.

Brief.
To create a new concept for the novel Flatland that doesn't engage with the conventions of 'the book'.

Concept.
Produce a series of A2 posters. Each poster contains two chapters from the book as well as a visual representation of an element from the chapter. The illustrations are designed to help the reader understand the book. Each poster can also be folded into a triangular prism, taking the 2D form of the poster into a 3D object, a key element in the book.

Brief.
Create a brand for a major new touring art gallery that will tour hospitals throughout the UK.

Concept.
Palliative Gallery is the UK's newest and largest touring art gallery. Every month Palliative Gallery moves to a different hospital throughout Britain, showcasing the UK's most famous and exciting contemporary artists.

Palliative care is any form of medical care or treatment that concentrates on giving patients a better quality of life, rather than providing a cure. This ties neatly into the concept of taking an art gallery into a hospital. The gallery will not cure the patients but it is hoped it will take their mind off being in the hospital.
